Doing a garage roof just wondering what to charge for a gable roof 16ft by 25ft doing all timber work,slates,fitting a velux, timber facia soffit anyone have a rough idea.

for the framing of the roof estimate how long it will take and add a day just incase of problems. use what your normally paid as a guide per hour. for slating about a euro a slate. for the velux id charge for an 8 hour day. and id charge by the hour for fascia and soffit aswell. if your getting the materials be sure and add in a few euros for sourcing them and going to get them.
