Hi. Does anyone know a nice landlord in Drogheda? As we came across a few landlords in the last two years and are not happy about them.. We are looking for a new place to rent in South Drogheda and it seems there is nothing cheaper than E750.. As it is too much for a couple..

We rent with Sherry Property and are very happy with the staff there, they are always very helpfull.

I think 750 is a fair price, is it for a 1 or 2 bedroom?

Right.. We'll try Sherry Property then.
We would be looking for 1 or 2, doesn't relally matter as long as the place is clean and the price doesn't cross E650.
We are living in Avourween at the moment and it is a really nice place to live, but the landlord doesn't want to reduce the price from 800 for 2 bed apt..

steer clear of sherry they are only interested in making a fast buck

they ran a dud advertisement in drogheda leader recently saying they had some bluechip tenants seeking top class rental properties, pure bull it was just a fishing trip

go onto daft and deal directly with the landlord you will be able to get a much better deal or buy the local drogheda papers

    go onto daft

and property.ie both as good as one another. Some listings on property don't be on daft.
