Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    HI,
Just a quick question. Started running about 2 weeks ago and i'm doing about five miles in the morning. I'm doing all my stretches before i start but am having sore calves....

I know it will take a while to get used to running but i feel like theyre getting worseevery day! Its like a bunched up muscle feeling and i'm afraid i'm going to pull something..i stop every ten minutes or so to stretch it out. Is there something i can do to prevent this or some stretching that I dont know about? Also I'm changing my running shoes tomorrow, could they be causing the pain?

    Hi there,

I am currently having the same problem and I got it checked by a physio. Its proberbly tight calves or tight legs in general.

Research so calves streches or got to a physio, it gets worse the longer you leave it.
