Registering with Bord Gais Energy online

    Hi,

    I was trying to register my Bord Gais account online to make my life easier. Filled in my details on the website and waited for the email with my login details. Didn't get the email (should have received within 24 hrs after registration) the next day, so emailed them, that was three days ago. So I suppose I have to ring them now, which was why I want to register my account online, to avoid ringing them. Is anyone having the same problem with them, or is it just me?
