    If you've a Dublin shop that's too big, or costing you too much rent, I'd be interested in an informal agreement whereby I'd pay some of your rent in return for some space.

    I've a non-foods business in the small electricals area.

    This idea could maybe work for others as well, as a more flexible way of working, especially in this recessionary climate? The one party gets an extra outlet, while the other reduces costs.

    I know some people will talk about the risk and sub-tenancy legal issues etc; but difficult times call for new ways of working, in my view.
