    Hi All,

    Just found out im pregnant:eek:
    Is it safe to highlight hair now (i do hope so)
    Any replies would be great

    If it's salon highlights then none of the chemicals / solution touches your skin so there's no chance of them entering your body. If it's a home job then I don't know what the answer is. I'm on my second pregnancy and have had salon applied highlights in both.

    Aye Its grand. Had a beautiful head of highlights during my pregnancy :D. I couldnt get my permanent dye though :(.

    Hi all, highlights are perfectly safe to have while pregnant but if you want to be extra safe, you could go to a salon that uses organic hair colour.
