If anyone is looking for some good walking this weekend, the Ballyhoura International walking festival is on from 1st -4th May. Where?? It's the gorgeously scenic area of North Cork and East Limerick and there will be a total of 28 spectacular walks, the largest programme of guided walks in the 14 year history of the festival. All the info can be found on the website www.walkingfestival.ie . My family are from the area and we're all going...I told them I'd put it up on boards Hopefully there'll be plenty of sunshine!
