Waitering

A pub that I work in has recently changed ownership. The new owners began by saying that all the tips are to be shared between all employees...fair enough.
The management have now introduced a policy of keeping all tips. One incident which has fumed me was when the management handed over a cuple of hundred euro to the barmen to "enjoy themselves" and go play golf....no money to the waiters at all.

Is there anything legally wrong with this?

Nothing illlegal unless you got something listed in your contract about tip.

Nothing legally wrong with it. Though a customer may feel defrauded if a "tip jar" exists and the tips don't go to staff.
