Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Flap = tablet

    round dial I think its the rinse aid I think the salt goes in the big pot.

    I use the 3 in one tablets they work great. simple and no mess in the press.

    You must be a newbe house buyer! congratulations

    I could say recently = year and a half --- but I wont :rolleyes:

    IMO - if you have used one dishwasher, you can use any dishwasher. They are all basically the same.

    If you know anybody who regularly uses a dishwasher, ask them.

    Yep, Joey is right.

    Flap for the tablet
    Rinse aid goes into dial
    At the bottom of the washer should be perhaps a round cap which needs to be screwed off, where the salt goes in (doesn't matter if there's water in there).

    if the washer is new, it may have come with a funnel for getting the salt in easier.

    thanks for that.we've never had a dishwasher before.didn't really give the cap at the bottom much thought.

    tried it out taday and the water poured out the bottom of the door:mad:put silicon along the inside lip and that seems to have worked.but how long does a dishwasher cycle run for(never owned one b4)as the dial doesn't seem to move.:rolleyes:

    it can run up to around 2 hours. Maybe more depending on appliance age and the cycle used.
