    I'm having a really bad peroid at the minute...I thought being on the pill(microlite) might help things but it certainly hasn't...I've spent most of the day in bed, left college early, did the whole water bottle thing and solpadiene thing but nothing had helped...
    I was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations on what I should do?? Have an exam as well tomorrow...I'm just crippled, not bleeding wild heavy....

    Go back to your doctor and ask to try a different pill.

    As Faith said, go to your doctor and see what's what, including a different pill.
