IM A SMART TELECOM CUSTOMER, BUT THEY ARE BEHOLDEN TO EIRCOM FOR LAND LINES, SO WHEN THERES A PROB. EVIL EIRCOM HOLD ALL THE CARDS. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS EXPERIENCE WHEN THEIR PHONE BREAKS? ITS SO UNFAIR.
