Any reason you arent coming back to Galway?
I'll be going to Castlebar to see the show, what are the differences in prices, 30,40,45. What do I get (seating wise) for the extra 15 euro?

Sorry but AWR have no control over a venues seating arrangements, perhaps ticketmaster have a seating chart or contact the venue directly.

The Venue in Galway is a little too small, The first few rows are priced at 45 euro

Any idea if there's a floorplan for the Ennis show? are the 30 quid tickets first come first served?as in just grab whatever seats are going?

Do we have to pay to get pictures and autographs taken with the wrestlers? My ticket is General Admission that means i could sit anywhere i like beside ringside?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 888 ✭✭✭Kanney

Pictures were free, but autographs were 5 euro when I went before.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 21 Neon Samurai

5 euro? Do we get special wrestlers 8x10 photo with autographs? 5 euro bit expensive ill just have to narrow to RVD, Scotty Hotty and Sabu..

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 89 ✭✭nevisgod

The Last time Sabu was here with AWR he wasn't giving autographs or taking any photos.

in tallaght they have a long table inside the door and all the wrestlers and sitting or standing behind it, you queue up and meet each wrestler in turn

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,492 ✭✭✭EdK

Sabu is actually missing out on huge money by not doing the meet and greets, let's say he even met a 100 fans a night out of 600 or 700 at even €5 a piece some obviously would buy tshirts and figures or what ever so that's €500 a night for let's say seven shows which nets you around €3500 and that's outside your appearance fee, Take that €3500 back to the US it turns into $5000 plus a drastically lower cost of living, they are only sample figures but you see where I'm coming from

I don't buy the protecting the character thing either as he's done shoots and whatever else

Sabu was suffering from Food poisoning for much of the fist half of the last tour. He will be signing at the meet and greet this time

Personally I'm a big fan of M-Dogg 20. He tore the house down last time he was in Dublin. The guy is criminally under used.

Was listening to Colt Cobana on Wrestling Observer radio and he was saying the likes of M-Dogg and Chad Collyer were taking tons of bookings in Europe because they just can't get them in the states.

Not that I'm complaining cause it gives the likes of us more opportunity to see them.

If they were to run Waterford, the only venue that could really use is the WIT Sports Hall and the acoustics in said building are terrible.

The Forum, while a great venue, would be too small to cover the costs associated with having so many imports unless they are willing to make a loss at the gate and then make up for it through merchandise, programs etc.

As regards to using a hotel ballroom, they all have a low ceiling, about an average of 3.5-4 meters for the main ones like The Tower and Woodlands which would be vastly difficult to perform a wrestling show within especially when using talent like RVD and Sabu who are renowned and expected to perform high flying moves.

I cannot wait for the three way I saw Mdogg a few years ago and he was electric and with Maxer and Paddy thrown into the mix this match is without doubt a potential show stealer. I would expect this match to go all over the building mdogg does some crazy stuff outside the ring super excited about this show

Consider me sold on this. Looking forward more to the local lads than the imports to be honest, they put on an unreal show on the last tour. Reckon I'll just pay at the door, fed up of paying unnecessary booking fees to ticketb*stard.
