Flowers outside the 78 club.

Passing by the 78 club (casino) on georges street/aungier street and there was all flowers out side as if someone had passed away, maybe in some tragic circumstances and the place was closed with some sort of notice on the shutter aswell. Just wondering anybody know what happened? :)
