Bright and warm in the sun, clouds bubbling up so a shower or two can't be far off.

A couple of fairly hefty showers today, which have given way to light showers now. No thunder to report. Reached 16.3c before onset of showers, now 10.7c.

A lot of heavy showers and breezy today.
max was only 13.6c but I suppose that was better than the 8.6c it was for most of yesterday.

    7.6mm rainfall today
    9.1mm yesterday
    7.9mm the previous day

    Lovely.... :/

A great show and some brilliant cloud formations as well. :)
It started rumbling away in SW at 16.42 and ended at 17.04 with an estimated 14 strikes during this period. Unfortunately the one strike I did catch on camera, most of it was out of shot!
20mm so far today here on Avenue Road in Dundalk. Still raining so might make the inch before midnight.

    Excelent shots Big Dee

Very little rain here yesterday, just one big short shower.
The rest of the shower train stayed about 5 miles west of here at it's furthest east point.

    Today -different!

Started sunny and now has been lashing rain for the last hour as that blob in the south Irish sea affects us on the coast.
    Yuk

rain rate 14mm/hr which is heavy!

Funny sort of morning, its always on the edge of light rain. Had a few drops but then it brightens, couldn't trust it for a minute though.

Pouring out of the heavens here in Cork. Am off to Kenmare on Saturday for 2 weeks - anyone know what weather is meant to be like in that area? Not holding out much hope:(

A very nice day dispite the breeze which on the coast night have rather taken the edge off the summery vibes.
