    did they not send it to you in an email? Maybe try ringing them...

    I'm sure you will be able to retrieve it if you ring/email them. Check you didn't write it down somewhere too.

    i'm an eejit i must say. i actually printed it off and stored it in a safe place(or so i thought). went back and it's gone. asked every one of my family if they'd seen it but no luck. i think a prayer to Saint Anthony is on the cards.:mad:
