Aircoach Service Expanding to half hourly at peak times.

    Thought you guys might like to know:
    Aircoach are very pleased to advise all passengers using our Greystones service that, as part of an ongoing review and Aircoach's commitment to the route, we will be introducing further journeys from Monday 4th May 2009.

    This will mean that from Monday 4th May 2009 we will be enhancing our service, with a total of 34 departures a day in each direction, and a service every half hour during some of the peak times.

    From 4th May 2009, the service will operate at the following times:

    Dublin Airport – Greystones:

    01:00, 02:00, 03:00, 03:30, 04:00, 04:30, 05:00, 05:30, 06:00, 06:30, 07:00, 08:00, 09:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 12:30, 13:00, 13:30, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 16:30, 17:00, 17:30, 18:00, 19:00, 20:00, 21:00, 22:00, 22:30, 23:00, 23:30, 23:59

    Greystones – Dublin Airport:

    00:30, 01:00, 01:30, 02:30, 03:30, 04:30, 05:00, 05:30, 06:00, 06:30, 07:00, 07:30, 08:00, 09:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 14:30, 15:00, 15:30, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00, 18:30, 19:00, 19:30, 20:00, 20:30, 21:30, 22:30, 23:30, 23:59.

    We have also improved our service with minor changes in the times we will pick up from our coach stops on the way to the Airport. Please fuind full details of the new timetable in the timetable document attached with this news item.

    That is fantastic news, as somebody who sues it maybe 4-6 times a year when coming home to visit my parents I was always worried it would be cancelled since there's rarely too many people on it. That it's busy enough to have an expanded schedule is a welcome surprise.

    You never know... they may cancel a few if you sue them that often?? ;):p

    Agree with above, don't know how this service covers it's costs. Any time I have used it there has been no more then 6-8 people on board, once I was the only passenger.
    However they do it I wish they could do the same for Dublin Bus and Bus Eireann!!
