audi a4 quattro?

looking at an audi on the Net A4 1.9TDI it says it has "full quattro kit"
what does this mean for insurance?
I got a price online for an Audi 1.9tdi but if i type in audi 1.9tdiquattro they won't give me a quote
anybody got an idea on this?
The full quattro kit relates to the body kit fitted, different bumpers and so on. It's not a genuine audi kit, the genuine kit is the s-line.
An A4 quattro would be an all wheel drive car, quattro being their 4wd system.
Does it have an S4/RS4 badge too

Speaking of badges, what do people think of this. I know someone who wanted to buy it because he thought it was a genuine R32!
