Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I've just setup my wireless BT modem for the first time.
How safe is it to shop online using such a connection?

The connection has wep encryption, at the moment I'm just using the code that came printed on the modem itself.

The basic security measures on setting up a new router should see you safe enough .

Change your router log-in details from the default .
Upgrade from WEP to WPA-PSK encryption .
Use MAC-filtering . Run the command ipconfig/all on each computer/device to find out it's MAC address and only allow these addresses in your router configuration (remember to repeat this step if/when you want to add a new device to the network) .

Probably the most important security measures are not network-related . Ensure you are shopping on a genuine site with https protocol and that the computer you are using is clean .
