i think there's a yoga centre behind the health centre on the Waterford just before the roundabout as you are traveling out of Kilkenny. it's around the back in the car park. i don't know what it's called, i just remember seeing it when i was in that car park one day.

I saw a leaflet for it before. I think its called the Shianti School of yoga. Theres a place in Irishtown too but I cant remember the name.

There's a very good yoga for pregnancy teacher called Roslyn whose number is 086089 3157. I was pregnant last year her classes really helped me. I hear she does aqua yoga now which might be good. I'm not likely to ever find out but I can vouch for the other classes which were just excellent

There are Yoga classes in Thomastown now every Monday night (except Bank Holiday Mondays!) in the Berkely Gallery, Grennan Mill.

And Thursdays with Hillary, both classes are at 7pm and are €10 each.:)

Kilkenny School of Yoga is certainly the best yoga centre in town. They've had a nice,new place in the centre for a while with 3studios offering all types of yoga,pilates and belly dance. Go on www.kilkennyschoolofyoga.com

I found the yoga instructor here a bit aggressive. Moved up to Elaine at the Shanti school of Yoga behind the Springhill Clinic on the Waterford road. Great teacherand a personalbe service. She also does great tui na treatments. Pm me if you want her mobile

I was with her a few times with a group which was for a apecific group which was tailored for their capapbilities. I found her lovely and added benefit ws she was good as well:)
