I'm a huge King fan, and read in an interview that this ranked with The Shining as one of the books he's proudest of. .... I just don't get it though. I lasted around 50 pages. It just seems so... obvious? Has anyone managed to get through it?

I got through it but I was very underwhelmed. It's better than Duma Key though.
