Any Good Doctor?

I am in desperate need of a good thorough doctor who doesn't just want to take 50euro off me and give me a cert! I need a new GP, one that will actually treat what I've been suffering with for over a year now. I'm totally fed up! Anyone know a good GP in the Limerick city area? please :(:confused::(
