Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Spanish GP - Any change in the pecking order?

So it's been a great start to the season and not one that anyone could have predicted. However with most of the controversy now done and dusted (McLaren, double diffuser) hopefully we can just stick to the racing.

Having said that. Many of the teams are bringing big updates to the Circuit de Cataluyna. Anyone expecting a change in the pecking order? I don't see Red Bull leapfrogging Brawn until they get their new diffuser and even then, that's assuming Brawn don't develop their car further.

Toyota are good but I just dont think both of their drivers are capable of bringing it to the finish line first.

Being a Kimi fan I am anxious to see what Ferrari have developed for Spain. I would like them to be stuck in the battle along with McLaren and renault

As far as Buton is concerned, the Red Bulls have already got the performance lead. Brawn have to do some hard work to regain the advantage.

    Yes.

If you look at the performances in all the races so far, he's not wrong. Button would never have won in Malaysia if the race had finished, and in Bahrain he won on luck + pitstops. In Shanghai the Red Bulls were absolutely in a league of their own.

I think brawn are slightly ahead of redbull in normal race conditions(dry), they were able to manage the tyres better in Bahrain. We will see if that stays the same at Spain.

Kimi might certainly be worth an each-way bet at 11-1. Hes fairly handy around here and ferrari are bringing some updates including a twin deck rear diffussor.
