Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can't play Hitman Blood Money more, why?

Decided to get back into Hitman after about 2 years and for some strange reason I can't play it anymore because of my 360. I used to be able to play this fine and never had any issue with it before, the only thing that has changed in my setup is that I now use a HDMI cable.

When the game starts up its says this game only supports PAL60 and your current setting it PAL50. It says go to system settings-display and I do but there is no option to change PAL setting on my Xbox, I remember the setting being there before all the software updates.

I checked my settings on my HDTV and it says its displaying 1280x720p @60Hz which is how it should yet somehow my 360 is running at 50HZ out put according to Hitman and I can't change it because the option to do so does not seem to exist.

    Any help?

EDIT: just worked it out its all ok now.

If your like me what you need to do to fix this is,

Disconnect the HDMI cable and connect the component cable and put it in standard TV mode and turn on the 360. Go to the display options and you now get the option to change the PAL settings which are removed when the HDMI cable is connected. Select PAL 60 and save. Turn off the 360 and reconnect the HDMI cable and away you go.
