    looks like arum maculatum...commonly known as 'lords and ladies',or cuckoo pint,very common woodland flower.

    Yes, Lords and Ladies. If you are tempted to dig some up for your garden, don't, it is very poisonous and allergenic.

    Thanks for the heads up.

    I saw the flowers near the new allotments on Powerstown road, Tyrrelstown, Dublin 15.

    My only interest was in taking a photos and finding out what they were.
    It is probably best to leave wild flowers alone.
