What % are banks generally offering??

Hi all I know this is a question along the lines of "how long is a piece of string" but anyhow!! Q-what % mortgages are the banks generally offering 1st time buyers ? 90% or 85% ?? makes a heck of a difference deposit wise! thanks efm

For a house, AIB BOI EBS are offering 92% for FTB's, most others are 90%.
For apartments it might be less.

Most of the ones we enquired with were 92%, BOI AIB PTSB. BOI were actually still doing 100% up until about 4/5 weeks ago the manager told us.
