disabling out of bundle charging on three

    Notice i went over 400mb on my three contract BB last month. three have charged 18€ for this. I always thought there was a way of setting your three account not to allow you to go over your BB allowance? Ive looked on the account settings in mythree, but cant find anything. My old PAYG three BB had this setting?

    there's an option in my3 when topping up an pay as you go modem, not so sure on the contact modem, best off just to call them on 1913 to be safe...

    Switching off out of bundle charges is only available to 3Pay customers. Bill Pay customers should keep an eye on their usage through my3
