    Hey guys

    Just picked up this game and i have started Managing Blackburn. I have been sacked twice in the first season trying to manage them. Any tips would be great . Not looking to win the thing but i am just not getting results .

    Everytime i try and play Martin O'Neill is in Awe of half my team who then get unsettled as they want to leave.
