@ allen you can find the cinema and cabbage ones, amongst others here. http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=59777565&postcount=29

    @ justinoval thanks!

Guys would I be right in assuming I wont be able to turn off the camera shutter noise?

And also would you describe the phone as being laggy? Slow to respond in menus and the like?

Sorry for all the questions, just trying to get an idea before I commit to buying:D

You can turn off the shutter sound - the camera has three shutter sounds and an off setting.

I don't find it laggy (I've heard this of the original Tocco), unless flicking through 3MP or higher pics.

Cheers thanks! Any other quirks about it? Might just pick one up so.

    Just found this -

    http://www.fonefunshop.co.uk/Unlocking/samsung/s8300route66debrand.htm

Very interesting.. Samsung say if it didn't come with Route66 it can't be added, so no GPS or Sat-nav feature.

At last. it found 3 satellites yesterday and gave me my coordinates so I tried the debranding and installing route66,
there are more GPS menus now and a few other small changes.

I'll let you know when it finds the satellites again...
