Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hey everyone, my friend is having problems when he is trying to register for xbox live gold.

He has a 1 month free trial and when ge goes to redeem code, he has to enter his contact details and they ask him for a postal code. Thing is he lives in Co.Clare and doesnt have a postal code. We tried everything like putting in 0, leaving it blank and all that but nothing seems to work. It keeps saying that the postal code is invalid. Also for some reason everything in his dashboard comes up in Pounds, for things like map packs and stuff like that, even when his xbox is registered as Ireland in the console settings.....

    Any ideas?

Odd. I thought that when you inserted Ireland into the country, then the fields will change to accomodate it.

Put in 1, if it won't take anything else. It's more of a "backup default", since most places will tell you there's an issue if you put in zero.

If your linking your live account with your hotmail account then there could be a problem. You need to make sure you hotmail account is registered to ireland and not the UK.

Happened alot a few years ago when UK and US useres got more storage, so people would put it foreign address' to get it.
