Expect Jericho vs. Mysterio to be added.

Let's hope someone shoots Boretista and he dies instantly.

    Hunter will interfere for certain.
Bar the two raw matches, the rest look quite good, hopefully Edge will get a much needed clean win.

    You're dreaming!

It's a very wrestling orientated card has Boretista/Cena/Show been left off.

Punk/Umaga won't be great but it won't be bad either

    Hardy/Edge will be meh

    Swagger/Christian will be great again

Jericho/Mysterio would/will be a great match if given time which it will.

    Card looks passable.

Punk/Umanga is a fresh and interesting match up at least.

On a side note Edge looks like he just dropped an air bomb in someone else house in that picture.

That would be an awesome promo poster.
It's just too bad it's missing one vital thing in order to be legit.

    THE WWE LOGO!!!!

I'm pretty sure that's the official poster. I've seen it all over the internet. And you're right. It is awesome.

Anyways, I probably won't bother watching. If its on Sky I'll plus it. WWE has been terribly boring lately.

Hardy v Edge will be more than meh. Their match at the Rumble was good till Matt got involved and their house show matches were getting great reviews earlier this year.

Heh, that would be one amazing PS job if it was.

On a related note, the poster has a cool kinda cryptic message behind it.

Too bad the posters never mean anything anymore.

Not that it matters who is right and wrong.

but if you go to the pic of the poster on wweshop, then it does have the wwe logo on it, as you would expect from the official poster ;)

All I'm seeing is an attempt to drum up interest in Australia before the WWE tour comes down myself.
On a side note Edge looks like he just dropped an air bomb in someone else house in that picture.
And that is how Edge should be properly played; as a scheming, slimey heel you never trust to turn your back to instead of someone who gets lucky and has other do the heavy duty work.

Intercontinental Champion Rey Mysterio vs. Chris Jericho

    CM Punk vs. Umaga

Shelton vs Jo Mo has been added, Morrison will probably win that one.

So another smackdown match is added to the PPV. I guess that says alot about RAW. I was expecting some sort of match with, MVP, Hardy, Regal, Kofi.

Are all the matches straight up one fall, singles matches?

Makes no sense to give him the win over a returning credible main event heel, as opposed to a flop of a main event face.

    Long term people, long term.

Don't be surprised if Christian loses back to Swagger either.
Judgment Day for the interweb smarkys, i love it. :D

Not a terrible match to start us off...not great though! The rest of the PPV better be better or I'll have wasted 20 odd quid.

Christian looks like a weak ass champion, turn the f*cker heel already! :) Heel champions win their defense by cheating, not faces. Occasional matches yeah, but not all of them.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,153 ✭✭✭Jolt2007

Christian/Swagger, bloody great. They work so well together.

Fair enough but it keeps Swagger looking strong and keeps the feud going which makes sense looking at the how thin the roster is.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,153 ✭✭✭Jolt2007

    Ducks. Classic.

    YAY ....The miz!

oh and i smell CM Punk cashing in on the MITB later. he loses in the opening match and will be out later. whether he wins or not is another thing. Would love him to turn heel

jericho needs to lay off those pies, hes going down that greg the hammer valentine road.

    still love his character tho

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,602 ✭✭✭✭ShawnRaven

Oh for christs sake, why the hell are they throwing Mysterio with heavyweights still? :(
Drop the belt to Jericho and go back to the cruisers where you belong, Oscar. Do us all a favour.

Guys, i'm sorry if i'm at my worst as far as being anti WWE is concerned. But given the matches and storylines they COULD do, a lot of these are generally half assed. I'd stop, but WWE, as far as PPV's have gone, has become car-crash TV. You don't want to see it, but once you know it's there, you can't help it.

You want to series of title matches between two young talented guys without a veteran in them? You WILL never get a job with the WWE with that type of logic. ;)
Orestes mark out its your boy Rey Mysterio:D

I suggest you fix your digibox and set it to 16:9 instead of 4:3. He looks very similar to what he did in 2002, minus the hair. :)

maybe its his ring attire, but he looks chubbier

Thank christ for that. WWE couldn't afford me for my mind. I wouldn't call Christian a veteran just yet. In 2004 when Bob Holly was referred to as a veteran, he was laughed at. And he was going longer than Christian is now.

Experienced yes, but Veteran... eeeh not yet, thanks. :)
