    You do organisational behavious in 4th year, im a 1st year and just did it.

    The old course must of been very different

    We did it in 1st and 2nd year too.
    Its just a module now in his major option.
    But yeah, the old course is fairly different than the one you are doing.

    His OB is Human Resources OB, not the management OB module
