yeah he's officially been dropped now, so it will probably be an offscreen exit with jack coming back at 18 if they need him...

    So long Kevin so

Well innocent until proven guilty and all that. But for the forseeable future, he won't be in it.

Anna should let Faye go stay with her dad for a while. Let him worry about doing her laundry, cooking her food and getting her to school on time. Tim would probably send her back in a few days. That Faye is a whiny ungrateful brat.

I think whatever happens during the trial and whatever the verdict, having Kevin in corrie would be too controversial.
I'd say they probably redo the fire scenes as it's a golden opportunity to get rid of a character.

    hoodwinked - brilliant idea :)

This Faye thing is bull! Awful awful storyline.

I highly doubt they'll be redoing the fire scenes, the expense must be huge.

Coronation Street actor Michael Le Vell will not appear in any further episodes of the soap while he faces child sex offences, ITV has confirmed.

The 48-year-old's character Kevin Webster has been immediately dropped from the programme as legal proceedings continue.

    Major fire spoiler
Coronation Street's Stella Price will be left fighting for her life in the upcoming Rovers Return fire.

According to the Daily Star, the landlady will be trapped upstairs in her bedroom as the fire engulfs the pub.

The scenes could be reminiscent of the 1986 blaze when Bet Lynch nearly died in similar circumstances.

Upon realising that Stella (Michelle Collins) is still in the pub, a terrified Leanne Battersby shrieks on the street: "Someone please find her."

Racing to the front door, Jason shouts: "Stella's still in there, we've got to get her out."

Resident fireman Paul Kershaw, however, warns: "Everyone wait. Until the crews arrive I'm in charge, no-one goes in that building," adding desperately: "Stay back Jason, everyone get back. We've got to wait for back-up."

Jason fires back: "We're letting her die in there."

    So....
she'll probably survive and be back on the street, fit as a fiddle 2 days later.

I pray to god this Fay/Tim storyline is the producers way of writing that little headfcuk out of the show. She's the most annoying kid in a soap ever with her dirty off white tee shirts

from the same article : Major fire spoiler

Meanwhile, ITV has confirmed that, contrary to rumours, Stella will remain landlady after the fire. This Morning soap expert Sharon Marshall had previously suggested Michelle Connor (Kym Marsh) would take over.

so i guess you are right! :D

They've been doing this for years. I remember when the "Who raped Toyah?" (Leanne's sister) story came out I immediately thought, I bet its that guy who has only been in it the past two weeks.

By the way does anyone else think it is so bloody ridiculous that well presented Stella would ever make a kid (Leanne) with Les Battersby? (Favorite couple ever were Les and Cilla... who has a wedding just to get gifts?!)

Yeah..like the total stranger in the background in each Star Trek episode was always a clear victim:D

I totally agree with your point about Stella. Manys the time I've thought this. Utterly and spectacularly ridiculously stupid of the writers to think we'd swallow the possibility that Les would've even get a chance to stand beside Stella in the pub never mind make a baby with her, in the nip, under the bedclothes. He'd have to have been outrageously gorgeously handsome to compensate for his total half wittedness and ignorance and she'd have to have been out of her head on drugs the whole time.

People seem to forget Anna Windass was a horrible woman when she was first in Corrie and now she's the angel Gabriel.
Can't stand Owen. I bet if Anna kicks him out again, he'll turn nasty and take back his house.

Really wish Carla would wear lipstick-her lips look like a corpse's mouth.

Just thinking that myself the other night. Same with Les and Janice when they arrive albeit they didn't turn as nice.

He was in Emmerdale, played Graham and tried to push Rachel off a cliff

19 charges, including rape of a child. They'll have to kill him off screen. I know charges don't mean he's guilty but I don't think ITV will want to take a chance.

If he was to be found not guilty, could he not sue ITV for sacking him regardless? I presume he's on a contract.

Peter Gunn has been axed from the soap, The Sun can reveal.
The actor, who plays Brian Packham, was given the boot by new producer Stuart Blackburn last week.

Ah...so Gloria's back ....irritating woman! I can't stand her. Sue Johnson is a good actor though.

Kirk looks a right wally in Lewis's cast off coat. About 3 times too big for him!

I've said it before, its dead easy to get a job in Coronation Street. Most people have to send in a CV to a job, go for an interview, and maybe then you might get it.All you have to do in Corrie is go up to a person/business, and say "give me a job" and voila! you've got it........handy if that worked in real life:p
