Assignment Number 11

*Photos must be in by 2 weeks of given task - closing date 20th May
*No old photos. Only photos taken with task in mind and within the 2 weeks.
*Photos must be on the given task.
*ONE photo per post. Post as many as you like.
*Do discuss in a negative/positive manner but be nice about it.
*Stretch yourself.
*Next task/subject to be choosen by person who has the most thanks after their post (must include a picture in the post ).
*Smile & Be Happy!



I love my City the good and the bad.

Show us your City or town or village but....
Show some life or difference not the town hall or the local pub at midnight.

Be creative and try to show something not seen before.

I have included 2 examples taken last week. These are not entries.

No. 9 ( double exposure) was over on the 2nd and Milo won it so he'd start No.11, whereas the winner of No. 10 will get to start Challenge No. 12. Well done Milo but your other post with the same challenge has closing date of this as the start of June where if it was 2 weeks it would be only the 20th of may.

Any chance you could delete the other thread and put the closing date on this one?

I have an idea for what to enter for this but I probably won't be able to take it until the weekend.

I have taken a lot of pics for some of the challenges but not posted them because they didn't come out as I hoped.

(Also, I think the original post may have implied that this didn't start until challenge 10 finished)

That is a GOOD pic.

I Just copied to photoshop and changed the brightness/contrast and this is what it looks like.

Do you have a good photo editing program???

I actually prefer Salamanca's original picture although it could maybe do with brightening up a bit. Milos, your effort with Salamanca's picture was a bit too unnatural (i.e. oversaturated) for my liking.

Salamanca, if I may offer a bit of constructive criticism (not that I'm a great photographer myself) but it might be worth looking up the "rule of thirds" - I think the picture would have been more aesthetically pleasing if the car had not been in the middle of the frame.
