    Well then. not a bad way to return to training after a 3 day binge last week and a weekend in bed recovering... decent numbers on the bench returning slightly, mad crazy chest pump from the deck thingy, back to 70kg x10 BORs which the heaviest i've ever done on them. must bust through and go heavier on these, put the old "big row => big bench" teachings into practice. and deadlifts were piiiiiiissss.

    so i spent 3-4 days in paris, doing a lot of travelling, a lot of drinking and smoking and coffee drinking, and not much sleeping or eating. in fact before last night, i hadn't slept for more than an hour straight since... monday night. i'm a shell of a person. my poo was green yesterday and my piss is orange... just finished my hibernation since 6pm yesterday and now i'm off to tesco to refuel. hopefully i'll be in some state to train tomorrow.
