    eehhhh... don't like my deadlifts... whenever i get to 170kg my form just completely mangles itself and everything becomes hard. 160kg 3x3 last week was a piece of piss, 170kg this week felt like it was gonna kill me. i just don't know... was my lower back/hams fatigued from yesterday's run? do i still have some problems with my lower back? feels like one side of my lower back works harder than the other, my right hip and left hip have different flexibility in different directions.... maybe it was just a sh*t day for deadlifting.

    incline bench was solid.

    why am i so sh*t at deadlifting? my squats gone up 30+ kg in the last year and my deadlift's gone exactly f*cking nowhere. They just feel wrong lately. Anything heavy just destroys my form and i don't know why. if anyone reads this crap i'd appreciate any input... when doing SLDLs and regular DLs at the same weight the SLDLs feel better, easier, more solid. When I DL all i get is a stupid lower back pump and some fugly reps.

    thought i'd fixed that, but it keeps coming back at heavy weights even though i'm trying my hardest not to.

    and nah i'm stuck down in cork, exam time.
