    ehhh exams have gotten in the way for the last week. went to the gym today but forgot my student card so... not training. gonna eat loads instead and do a big **** off session tomorrow, in which i do my max squat, bench DL and BOR sessions from the last week :pac:

    Did a big shoulders/bi's/tri's session this eve, before i tear off to the states on my J1 in the morning. No idea what to expect training-wise. Don't know what kind of job i'll get => don't know what kind of money/time i'll have => play it by year. i also might not update this again until september. so.... i'll let ye know how it all went then, if anyone CARES ABOUT ME.

    Well. I don't plan on walking tomorrow. That was horridly difficult. No legs in 6 weeks... eh. did loads of stretching, will foam roll later too. See if i can go for a run tomorrow.

    I'm reading but i rarely train in UL anymore and i rarely do strenght training anymore...your also prob much heavier than me now too :D

    what're ya upta so?! I was 91kg the day before leaving for america. i'm about 83kg now... i'mma get up over 90kg and stay there this time!

    mostly jujitsu and conditioning with the odd bit of strenght work thrown in. Dam you! i was 84kg this morning...

    i'm between doing some arnie programme BBing to get back into or just going straight into 5x5... probly arse around for a week or so, see where i'm at, guess some maxes and 5x5 it up like before and get that 180kg squat...

    Shoulder Warmups- My own concoction of BTN pressing and stretching... seemed to work

    OH Press

    That was good. Plan now i think is to up weights 2.5kg every session, i think that should be possible for a while at least while i'm getting back into it.

    Squatting's gone to sh*t anyway. Think I'll go back and do 8 weeks of advanced 5x5 again, that was the best thing I ever did for my squat, and it helped my bench too. Might be more conservative on the tonnage with the deadlifts and really try clean my technique up. Also 3-4 sets of EZ curls and DB Hammer curlz every session, maybe some extra tricep work + shoulders when i can afford it.

    i have a pair. a solid brass pair. My shoulder's constantly felt like that for months and months, i've just ignored it and trained through it. isn't that the manly thing to do around here? it hasn't fallen off yet, i'm just wondering why it feels it could at any minute :pac:
