    70kg x5
    75kg x5
    80kg x5

    BORs
    50kg x5
    55kg x5
    60kg x5
    65kg x5
    70kg x5

    Erg

    1000m - 21spm, 3:44 - just paddling really

    Today

    Deadlifts

    -sumo-
    60kg x8
    80kg x5
    100kg x5
    120kg x5
    -conv-
    140kg x3
    140kg x3

I like this method of warming up sumo. Keeps the lower back from fatiguing before I get to the business end of the sets, and wakes up my glutes and hams more.

    Squats
    ~85kg 5x5

    Pullups
    BW, 3x8

    Incline Bench
    60kg x5
    70kg 5x5
all paused, feet up, like ed coan told me to in that video.

    i liked that.
