    today, squatted 130kg 5x5, grand, and benched 110kg for 2 singles.

    some machine bench, and a bench press creeper set at 60kg... got to the 6th rep on the last set.

    3x10 ab rollouts.

    stretching & foam rolling

    gonna deload with 3x3s for a couple weeks, then start another cycle.

    Monday, squatted 140kg 3x3, benched 100kg 3x3, BOR'd 90kg 3x3 - fine

    Today

    Pullups - 4x8

    Deadlift - was gonna do 160kg 3x3, did one set and went for a max... 180 was alright, 190 came off the floor and stuck immediately. twice.

    Incline Bench - 90kg 3x3

    my bench is non-existant but the other 2 are going alright! :P

    Ahhmmm was in cork monday, squatted 130kg 3x3 beltless, handy, benched 100kg x3 and BOR'd something or other.

    did a rake of benching singles today. 100kg, 102.5, 105, 107.5, 110 (x3), 115kg x1, 117.5kg x1, 120kg x0... felt grand, 120kg just stuck halfway.

    deadlifted up in triples to 160kg 2x3... good.

    may need to stop training/logging. my mam told me not to get as big as i was before i got sick last christmas (though i'm heavier now...), cos apparently i was too big, and had 'thunder thighs' and had looked like i was 'on stee-roids'. and that if i'm going for job interviews i don't want to look 'obese and unhealthy'.

    damn. game over.

    Bench - singles at 110, 115, 117.5, 112.5 and 110kg
    BORs - 60kg x10, 80kg 3x5
    Incline DB Press - 26s x10, 30s x8, 34s x8, 38s x7
    Machine Rows - 60kg 4x10

    Eh... right shoulder feeling WELL f*cked.

    well i did that GVT there for a bit. max tested my squat on thursday, got 165kg, my old PB, and failed 170kg. think i'll start smolov monday, with 160kg as a working max for %s.
