    so i'm starting to think that heavy pressing, push pressing, benching, and various raises and upright rows are not the way to fix my shoulder... i am going to a physio first thing in the new year.

    this year I accomplished...
    a 2.5kg bench PB (now definitely gone)
    a 5kg squat PB... which shall be built upon
    a 10kg deadlift PB... which I didn't work for.

    plan is... fix shoulder, do more advanced 5x5. get my old bench back. squat 180kg and pull 200+ in the next 3 months..?

    started back 5x5 today, didn't bench, started some corrective exercises for my shoulder.

    squatted 115kg 5x5.
    some rows, + pulldowns

    Ok... so my shoulder is a bit better these days but training has been sporadic at best. Anyway my shoulder seems to work fairly alright if I just consistently beat the **** out of it with a hockey ball and watch where my scap is moving.

    Where things are now: Bodyweight 80kg. Reasonably lean, i'm gonna try bulk back up from square one again. Today I benched 50kg 5x5 (still taking it easy on the shoulder), squatted 85kg 5x5 (handy) DL'd 110kg 5x5 (moderate effort) and did some DB rows.

    I'm just gonna stick to this workout, adding weight until I stall and then split sessions up, probably some heavy/light 5x5 type thing.

    Logging again FTW.
