    Miiiiiiight start WS4SB part III sometime soon, if i have a gym to do it in.

    :edit: due my gym's swimming pool expanding to encompass the rest of the complex I'll more than likely be doing improvised bodyweight-shtyle stuff, maybe some weights if L brings his stuff down... and some HIIT cardio stuff to get rid of some fat and get back a chunk of fitness/lung functionality :P but if i can wrangle my way into the CIT gym...

    Used my new belt for the squats from 110kg up, felt nice and tight.

    SLDLs were heavier than i usually do, were tough on the core.

    Bench: Hit a groove on set 4, sets 5 and 6 went fairly handy. Need to start doing more warmup sets!!! Also, wrist wraps felt good, kept the wrists tight, I often have niggling pains in em when i bench.

    DLs: v. good, for my first time going sumo. weight flew up, dunno whether it was the new belt or the new stance. sets 4 and 5 went pretty damn wide cos i was in socks and they slipped outward a bit.

    The rest was what it was.

    Grand. 85kg was tougher than i remember it being, i was able to bang out 6x6 not too long ago. Wouldn't be surprised if the bar was 22kg or something, it don't look like a regular oly bar. Rings in the wrong place and it's a dark grey... but for now i'm assuming i'm out of a groove.

    Sumos... I'm getting more speed off the floor than i ever did conventional.. weird. though as L pointed out i always deadlifted almost entirely with my back anyway so maybe that's something to do with it. I'm liking them, even only after 2 sessions...

    Sumos do pop up after the first couple of inches, you're not lifting close ot your max at the minute but when you do breaking off the ground will become harder.
