Oriental Poppy not flowering

Hi there, I have a large oriental poppy in my garden which I've had for a couple of years. I split it into two in autumn 07 and last summer had lots of flowers. Several of my neighbours have the same one and it's in bloom for them - but mine doesn't even have buds. Any ideas? I haven't fertilised the area in the past 18…

Hi there,
