Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Service parts cost?

    Hi Lads,

    I'm thinking of buying this service pack from ebay for my V-Strom 650 (total cost incl shipping is about €80).

    Anybody know what I would pay in a Dublin shop for these parts? I know I could just ask but my local friendly bike shop owner doesn't really like me because I don't like being ripped off and I occasionally buy things from eBay/Crossan! My guess is:
    Plugs - €10 x 2
    Air filter - €25??
    4L Oil & Oil filter - dont know??

    Anybody any advice on the quality of parts from this type of ebay kit? Does the oil look up to scratch?

    Never heard of that oild before to be honest but that dont mean anything. He has 99.9% positive feedback so cant be that bad.
    Doesnt sound like a bad price to me anyways. Ya could just get the oil, plugs and oil filter yerself and hoover the air filter lol.
