Good fitness classes in Galway City???

    Hi,

    I'm new here, so hope I'm posting in the right place.

    I'd like to get in shape and I am in Galway. I was thinking that taking some fitness classes might be the right approach.

    Does anyone here have any experience with fitness classes in Galway City? What are the good ones, and what should I be looking out for?

    Theres this girl called David Gallagher, she is based in Galway and is supposed to be excellent at what she does.:p

    Don Naughton runs some excellent classes out of the Ballybane sports coop - fairly central I think.
