Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Good fitness classes in Galway City?

    Hi,

    I'm new here, so hope I'm posting in the right place.

    I'd like to get in shape and I am in Galway. I was thinking that taking some fitness classes might be the right approach.

    Does anyone here have any experience with fitness classes in Galway City? What are the good ones, and what should I be looking out for?

    Kingfisher gym in Renmore is running a boot camp which could be good to get you going.

    A South African guy is the instructor.

    I know people who are taking the class and find it good.

    I, on the other hand, could do with taking the class but am too lazy to do so, so you have my admiration if you do it!

    I have just opened a new personal training studio (named Results) in Liosbaun Industrial Estate, might be another idea for you.
