Itunes Help Needed Please!!

Hi I went in to My Music Folder / Itunes / and deleted some artists and albums. Then when i opened Itunes, it was cleared of all my music, podcasts ect. When i plugged in my Ipod, it wasn't recognising it and said it could only sync it to only one Itunes. Anybody know how to fix this or will I have to import all my stuff…

Hi
