How do I tell how much has been downloaded with UPC ?

Software on the local PC is no use, because there is more than one computer and much dual booting / running from USB.

I'm on the OLD 6Mb package and wondering if it's worth going up to 10Mb, speed isn't an issue since they throttle and there have been a few outages of a couple of hours recently.
