I have some bad news to report. My Xbox has just packed in....I have RROD in 3 segments. Powered it up after a while and it loaded again to a point then bombed again.

Ive to play madrid spurs and Man U this week. Should be around for the next few hours. Then tomorrow sometime.

Anyone else think its a bad idea having a new league on boards? Would be much better if we stuck to the same format imo as people are going to be all over the place with not bothering playing in one if their doing well in the other?

I could be wrong but I thought the format we had with qualifying leagues and the two main leagues was the best way to do it.

If someone else wants to setup another league thats their choice and up to them. Its also peoples choice if they wish to play in both of them or any other league for that matter. If people arent playing in this league and stop taking part FG will deal with it but I cant see it being an issue to be honest. There arent many from our league in it anyways.

Oh yeah I know. But the way futureguy has it setup it runs really well and pretty much everyone gets their games played on time. Just think it seems like a waste to have such a good league set up with even more new players around but taking part in a different league entirely.

True though because ones not playing the main league at the minute are probably dying to get playing in a league so fair point.

im in this boat, iv "applied" to be part of the FG league but that was 2 weeks ago and i'd just like to get into a league and play some good games you know. im new to this and havnt been in any big leagues so far so im looking forward to being in one.

I have no problem with someone else running a seperate league as long as it is a different format to the one we are using!

The fact is, there are lots of players who want to play FIFA and one league wont handle them all. It also means I can be very choosy about who I let into the Official Boards League.

Relegation battle here I come!!

Goal 2 you brought your keeper out i chipped him..dunno what cross your on about..
Goal 3..definite peno you came out and up ended him, he was lucky to be able to stand after the tackle
Goal 4..just a simple lob when you brought your keeper out, nothing amazing about it.

As for relegation im going to be there with you but I dont know if its going to be a battle, your the first game ive won in ages..actually your the first game since i beat you last time i think
