Went by Timbermill apartments in Artane and they have dropped prices on 2 beds to 225k, just checked daft and seen the same style apts with an asking price of 325k ? I think some people are still living in denial.

Some but not all were last updated 199 days ago.
Maybe the places were sold months ago and the Estate agent never took them down from daft.
Because the ones I checked were all from estate agents.

I know the area well and from looking at the pictures it seems a realy nice development. At the right price of course
