Hi there, we have 4 young children under 6 years of age and are considering moving to county kildare. We are pretty open minded at this stage in terms of the actual location. Ideally we want a small town that has good primary and secondary schools that is pretty self sufficient in terms of sports and general facilities for children and teenagers. We don't want to be 'lost' in a large town. Instead we would like to live as part of a community where we would like to have the basic facilities in the town so that we don't always have to be driving 20 minutes or so every time we need to go somewhere with the children.

Any guidance much appreciated
