Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You can only laugh at that thing for so long though! There are some gems in there, but there's only so much angry, sneery old incontinent has-been one can stand to take from that place! It must be up to what? 1000 pages of the same old crap and the hatin' is weak!

    Yeah.
I mean most of it is the same handful of chaps talking about the same handful of irrelevant crossfit bashing. But on the plus side, they mock Castro.

    Now for something completely different:

Did you tear a bicep once before? I thought I remembered that but might have it wrong.

    Tricep dude! Minor tear tho.

Also... I want to find whoever writes for Men's Health and hurt them.

One of the lads asked me if I'd show him how to front squat cos Men's Health says it's an "ab revealer". This guys made ridic progress recently. In 2/3 months he's gone from never lifting to pulling 90 x3 easily, squatting 60+ x5, benching 50 4x9 all at like 65ish kg and he's being corrupted by that crap!! Grrr!!

weird, must of been thinking of someone completely different. Anyways! Lol at the idea of the front squat as an ab lift, can imagine people constantly worrying about whether they are feeling it in the abs instead of worrying about if they're squatting or not...bad stuff.

If you were building a ham-glute raise device it would be quite easy to have this device incorporated into the same unit.

kung po chicken with boiled rice
Good choice, I had kung po with fried noodles today, reckon it was ~2000kcal, ridiculous portions, took out a full bowl of noodles, look in the container and it looked like they were not even touched yet, they cram them in so much.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 16,165 ✭✭✭✭brianthebard

is the chicken take out or home made?

    I'm going to estimate 700+million+200+600/1200+550+250=squillion?

Do they have those belgian blues in Ireland?
    Belgian%20Blue%20Cowcalf.jpg
Found this while looking for a pic of one
    Michelle_Allen_Cow_Suit_Mugshot.jpg
Michelle Allen, 32, was arrested after repeated acts of disorderly conduct in Middletown, Ohio, local police said.

Her offences included chasing children while drunk and urinating on her neighbour's front porch.

She had been hired to wear the bovine outfit to promote a theme park - but ended up an 'udder disgrace'.

After her drunken rampage, Ms Allen hurled out a series of obscenities while she was being placed under arrest.

Since it appeared Ms Allen was not wearing anything else under the cow costume, she had to keep it on for her police mugshot.

And while in custody over the weekend to sober up before her Monday morning court appearance, she mooed at her jailers: "Suck my udders."

Ms Allen has now been sentenced to 30 days in prison for her actions, according to the Post.
